*03. తత్ శ్రద్ధయాక్రాంతమతిః పితృదేవవ్రతః పుమాన్|*
*గత్వా చాంద్రమసం లోకం సోమపాః పునరేష్యతి॥*
*తాత్పర్యము : అతని బుద్ధి అట్టి యజ్ఞయాగాదుల యందే నిబద్ధమై యుండును. దేవతలు, పితరులు అతనికి ఉపాస్యులు (పూజ్యులు). అతడు చంద్ర లోకమునకు చేరి సోమపానమును చేయును. పుణ్యము క్షీణింపగనే మరలా ఈ లోకమున జన్మించును.*
*వ్యాఖ్య : స్వర్గ రాజ్యం యొక్క గ్రహాలలో ఒకటిగా చంద్రుడు (చంద్రలోకం) పరిగణించ బడుతుంది. వేద సాహిత్యంలో చెప్పబడిన వివిధ త్యాగాలు, దేవతలను మరియు పూర్వీకులను దృఢంగా మరియు ప్రమాణాలతో పూజించడం వంటి పుణ్యకార్యాలను అమలు చేయడం ద్వారా ఈ గ్రహానికి పదోన్నతి పొందవచ్చు. కానీ అక్కడ ఎక్కువ కాలం ఉండలేరు.
దేవతల గణన ప్రకారం చంద్రునిపై జీవితం పదివేల సంవత్సరాలు ఉంటుందని చెబుతారు. దేవతల సమయం ఈ గ్రహంపై ఒక రోజు (పన్నెండు గంటలు) ఆరు నెలలకు సమానం అనే విధంగా లెక్కించ బడుతుంది. స్పుత్నిక్ వంటి ఏ భౌతిక వాహనం ద్వారా చంద్రలోకాన్ని చేరుకోవడం సాధ్యం కాదు, కానీ భౌతిక ఆనందం ద్వారా ఆకర్షించబడిన వ్యక్తులు పుణ్యకార్యాల ద్వారా చంద్రలోకానికి వెళ్ళవచ్చు. చంద్రలోకానికి పదోన్నతి పొందినప్పటికీ, త్యాగం చేసిన తన పని యొక్క పుణ్యం పూర్తయ్యాక మళ్లీ ఈ భూలోకానికి తిరిగి రావాలి. ఇది భగవద్గీత 9-21. తే తాం భుక్త్వా స్వర్గ-లోకం విశాలం క్షీణే పుణ్యే మర్త్య-లోకం విశంతి – ద్వారా ధృవీకరించ బడింది.*

*03. tac-chraddhayākrānta-matiḥ pitṛ-deva-vrataḥ pumān*
*gatvā cāndramasaṁ lokaṁ soma-pāḥ punar eṣyati*
*MEANING : Such materialistic persons, attracted by sense gratification and devoted to the forefathers and demigods, can be elevated to the moon, where they drink an extract of the soma plant. They again return to this planet.*
*PURPORT : The moon is considered one of the planets of the heavenly kingdom. One can be promoted to this planet by executing different sacrifices recommended in the Vedic literature, such as pious activities in worshiping the demigods and forefathers with rigidity and vows. But one cannot remain there for a very long time. Life on the moon is said to last ten thousand years according to the calculation of the demigods.*
*The demigods’ time is calculated in such a way that one day (twelve hours) is equal to six months on this planet. It is not possible to reach the moon by any material vehicle like a sputnik, but persons who are attracted by material enjoyment can go to the moon by pious activities. In spite of being promoted to the moon, however, one has to come back to this earth again when the merits of his works in sacrifice are finished. This is also confirmed in Bhagavad-gītā (BG 9.21): te taṁ bhuktvā svarga-lokaṁ viśālaṁ kṣīṇe puṇye martya-lokaṁ viśanti.*

*మీరు విశ్వాత్మను కనుగొనాలంటే మీ స్వయం ఆత్మని కనుగొనాలి. మీరు మీ స్వయం ఆత్మని కనుగోనాలంటే మీరు వేరే ఎక్కడా వేతకక్కర్లేదు అని తెలుసుకుంటారు. ఉపనిషత్తులను అధ్యయనం చేసే ముందు మీరు పాటించవలసిన షరతు ఉంది. మీకు విశ్వాత్మ కుద్ద తానే అయి ఉన్న మీ ఆత్మ కావాలా? లేదా ఇంకా ఏవేవో కావాలా? అనేక ఇతర విషయాలను కోరుకునే వారు ఉపనిషత్తులు లేదా భగవద్గీత తత్వశాస్త్రం యొక్క అధ్యయనానికి సరిపోరు, ఎందుకంటే ఉపనిషత్తులు మరియు గీత మిమ్మల్ని విషయాల యొక్క మూలానికి తీసుకువెళతాయి, ఇది అన్ని విషయాల యొక్క వాస్తవికత.*

*🌻 11. Do You Want Only Yourself as the True Spirit? 🌻*
*When you search for the Spirit of the world as a whole, the Spirit of your own Self, when you search for your Self, you conclude there is no need in searching for anything else. Here is the condition that you have to fulfil before studying the Upanishads. Do you want only your Self as the true Spirit, commensurate with the Spirit of the universe, or do you want many other things also? Those who want many other things are not fit students of the Upanishadic or even the Bhagavadgita philosophy, because the Upanishads and the Gita take you to the very essence of things, which is the Reality of all things.*
*When you get That, attain That, reach That, identify yourself with That, you will not have to ask for anything else. It is like the sea of Reality, and nothing is outside it. But if desire still persists—a little bit of pinching and a discovery of a frustration, and emotional tension: “Oh, I would like to have this”—and it is harassing you, then you had better finish with all your desires. You should fulfil all your requirements and not come to the Upanishadic teacher with the disease of a frustrated, unfulfilled desire.*

*తత్ – వాటిలో; ప్రవృత్తౌ – సంభవించడం; అపి – అయినప్పటికీ; అనిరాసః – విరామం లేని; సంవేత్త్ః – సర్వోత్కృష్ట జ్ఞానిగా; భావత్ – పరిస్థితి.*
*అటువంటి యోగి విశ్వాన్ని సృష్టించి, నిలబెట్టి, కరిగించ గలిగినప్పటికీ, పరమాత్మ జ్ఞాని అయిన అతని అవగాహనలో ఎటువంటి విఘాతం కలుగదు. అతను తన చైతన్యాన్ని ఎల్లవేళలా శివునితో స్థిరపరచు కున్నందున, అతను నిరంతరం ఆనంద స్థితిలో ఉంటాడు. ఈ స్థితి ఫలితంగా, అతను శివుని యొక్క వ్యక్తీకరణ సంకల్పాన్ని పొందుతాడు. విశ్వం యొక్క కార్యకలాపాలు దైవ సంకల్పం ద్వారా మాత్రమే నియంత్రించ బడతాయి..*

*tad (tat) – of those; pravṛttau – occurrence; api – even though; anirāsaḥ – devoid of break; saṁvettṛ – as the knower of Supreme; bhāvāt – condition.*
*Even though such a yogi is able to create, sustain and dissolve the universe, there is no break in his awareness as the knower of the Supreme. As he has fixed his consciousness with Śiva all the time, he remains continuously in a state of bliss. As result of this state, he acquires the expressive will of Śiva. The activities of the universe are controlled only by the Divine Will..*

*యక్షిని భైరవనాధునితో ఇలా పలికింది.ఇప్పుడు నీకొక ఉపకారం చేస్తాను. నా ప్రభావం వల్ల నీకు గాంధర్వ విద్యను ప్రసాదిస్తున్నాను. నీ తపస్సు పరిపక్వమైంది. భైరవస్వామిని సంకీర్తనంతో మెప్పించు. ఆ దేవదేవుడు తప్పక దిగివస్తాడు” ఆ దివ్యాంగన అదృశ్యమైంది ఆమె వరం వల్ల అతని కంఠంలో నుండి అద్భుతమైన కవితా గానవాహిని ప్రవహిస్తున్నది. భైరవదేవుడు సాక్షాత్కరించాడు. కోటి సూర్యప్రభాభాసమానుడై, కాళీ సమేతుడై నాగభైరవుని కన్నుల ముందు గోచరించాడు. ఆనంద బాష్పాలతో ఆ దంపతుల పాదములకు దండప్రణామం చేశాడు. యువకుడు. భీషణ సౌందర్యంతో కరుణార్ద్ర వీక్షణాలతో ప్రకాశిస్తున్న ఆ మహాస్వామి పలికాడు.*
*నాయనా ! నీ తపస్సుకు సంతృప్తి చెందాను. నీ గానానికి ఆనందించాను. నాతో కాళీదేవిని కూడా తీసుకువచ్చాను. అపారమైన శక్తులను నీకు ప్రసాదిస్తున్నాను. భూత, బేతాళ పిశాచ నాగ గణం నీ వశమవుతుంది. నీవు ఆవాహనం చేస్తే ఏ దేవతైనా వచ్చి అనుగ్రహిస్తుంది. అజేయము, అప్రతిహతము అయిన నీ ప్రభావం వల్ల భారతభూమి రక్షించబడుతుంది. అనంతర కాలంలో కాళీకృప కూడా నీకు కలుగుతుంది. ఆమె కూడా నిన్ను ఆశీర్వదిస్తుంది. అని పలికి కాళీసహితుడై భైరవస్వామి అదృశ్యమైనాడు. మరునాడుదయం నాగభైరవుడు పల్లెకోయలను పిలిచి తనకు ఇన్నాళ్ళూ సేవ చేసినందుకు కృతజ్ఞత తెలిపి వారికి అపారమైన ధనాన్ని బహూకరించి సిద్ధాశ్రమానికి ఆకాశమార్గంలో చేరుకొన్నాడు.*
*వామదేవ మహర్షి సన్నిధికి చేరుకొని వారి కాళ్ళకు మొక్కాడు. ఆయన వాత్సల్యంతో దీవించి మరునాడు సిద్ధాశ్రమంలోని కొందరు ముఖ్యులను ఆహ్వానించి చిన్న సమావేశం ఏర్పాటు చేశాడు. ఈ యువకుడింక భైరవనాధుడన్న పేరుతో ప్రకాశిస్తాడని ధర్మరక్షణ చేస్తాడని ఇలా పలికారు – “ధర్మవీరా! ఇప్పుడు నీ కర్తవ్యం మొదలైంది. ముందు హిమాలయ పర్వత శ్రేణులలోని దుష్ట మాంత్రికులను అదుపుచేసి ప్రజలను దైవభక్తి మార్గంలోకి మళ్ళించు. అసురశక్తులను అరికట్టి భూమి మీద దైవ సామ్రాజ్యం నిర్మించబడాలి. త్వరలో యవన, శక, హూణ దండయాత్రలు రాబోతున్నవి. నీ వాయా దేశాలకు వెళ్ళి ఆ రాజులను ప్రభావితులను చేసి ఈ వేదభూమి మీద రక్తం ప్రవహించకుండా చెయ్యి. భైరవుని వరశక్తి, రాధాకృష్ణుల అనుగ్రహం నీకు విజయాన్ని ప్రసాదిస్తుంది. ఒక వెయ్యి సంవత్సరాల పాటు నీ ప్రభకొనసాగుతుంది. ఆ తర్వాత యేమిటో నీకే తెలుస్తుంది. శుభమస్తు!”.
భైరవనాథుడు ఆ మహాత్ములకు నమస్కరించి గురువు గారి దగ్గర సెలవు. తీసుకొని బయలుదేరాడు.*

*భారతదేశమునకు శిరస్సైన హిమాలయాలలో తాంత్రిక సార్వభౌముడై భైరవనాథుడన్న నామంతో ప్రకాశించిన సిద్ధుడే ఇప్పుడు కులపతియై, సిద్ధేశ్వరానందుడై విరాజిల్లుతున్నాడు.)*
*దాదాపు వెయ్యి సంవత్సరాలు గడచినవి. సిద్ధగురువులు తనకు నిర్దేశించిన కర్తవ్యాన్ని యథాశక్తి నెరవేర్చాడు. అస్ఖలిత బ్రహ్మచర్యంతో కఠోర దీక్షతో భారతదేశానికి చేయగలిగినంత సేవ చేశాడు. శ్రీకృష్ణభూమి మీదకు అసురులెవరూ రాకుండా జాగ్రత్తలు తీసుకొన్నాడు. ఈ శరీరానికి భైరవుడిచ్చిన సమయం పూర్తి కావస్తున్నది. కింకర్తవ్యం ? కైలాస పర్వతంలోని రాధాగుహకు వెళ్ళాలనిపించింది. ఆకాశగమనంలో వెళ్ళి రాధాదేవి దర్శనం చేసుకొన్నాడు. అక్కడ అఖండదీపం వెలుగుతున్నది. ఎవరూ ప్రమిదలో నూనె పోయరు. అయినా అది అరదు. రాధేశ్యాం అని భక్తితో నమస్కరించాడు. ఆ మాట అనగానే దీపం పెద్ద వెలుగుతో ప్రకాశించింది. ఆ శబ్దం – ఆ నామం యొక్క శక్తి అటువంటిది. సతీదేవి శరీరంలోని ఖండాలు పడిన చోట్ల శక్తి పీఠాలైనవి. అందులో ముఖ్యమైనవి పదునెనిమిది. వాటిలో జ్వాలాముఖి క్షేత్రంలోని వైష్ణవీ దేవి ఒకటి. అక్కడ భూమిలో నుండి అఖండ దీపం వెలుగుతూ ఉంటుంది. రాధేశ్యాం అని అంటే చాలు దీపం వెలుగు పెద్దదవుతుంది. భైరవనాధుడీ క్షేత్రాలన్నీ దర్శించి ఆ యాదేవతలను పూజించాడు.*
