*🌷. తాత్పర్యం : దేవదేవుడైన శ్రీకృష్ణుడు పలికెను : దేనిని తెలిసికొని మునులందరును పరమసిద్ధిని పొందిరో అట్టి జ్ఞానములలో కెల్ల ఉత్తమమైన ఈ దివ్యజ్ఞానమును నీకిప్పుడు నేను మరల తెలియ జేయుదును.*

🌷. భాష్యము : సప్తమాధ్యాయము నుండి ద్వాదశాధ్యాయపు అంతము వరకు పరతత్త్వమును, దేవదేవుడును అగు తనను గూర్చి విశదముగా వివరించిన శ్రీకృష్ణభగవానుడు తిరిగి ఇప్పుడు అర్జునునకు మరింత జ్ఞానవికాసమును కలిగించుచున్నాడు. తాత్త్విక చింతన విధానము ద్వారా ఈ అధ్యాయమును అవగాహన చేసికొనినచో మనుజుడు శీఘ్రముగా భక్తియోగమును అవగతము చేసికొనగలడు. నమ్రతతో జ్ఞానాభివృద్ధిని సాధించుట ద్వారా జీవుడు భౌతికబంధము నుండి ముక్తుడు కాగలడని గడచిన త్రయోదశాధ్యాయమున వివరింపబడినది. ఆలాగుననే ప్రకృతి త్రిగుణముల సంపర్కము చేతనే జీవుడు భౌతికజగములో బంధితుడగుననియు పూర్వము తెలుపబడినది.*

*ఇక ప్రస్తుతము ఈ అధ్యాయమున ప్రకృతి త్రిగుణములనేవో, అవి ఎట్లు వర్తించునో, ఏ విధముగా అవి బంధ, మోక్షములను గూర్చునో దేవదేవుడైన శ్రీకృష్ణుడు తెలియజేయుచున్నాడు. ఈ అధ్యాయమునందు తెలుపబడిన జ్ఞానము పూర్వపు అధ్యాయములందు తెలుపబడిన జ్ఞానము కన్నను మిగుల శ్రేష్టమని భగవానుడు పలుకుచున్నాడు. అట్టి ఈ జ్ఞానమును అవగాహనము చేసికొనుట ద్వారా పలువురు మునులు పరమసిద్ధిని పొంది ఆధ్యాత్మిక జగత్తును చేరిరి.*

*🌷 Translation : The Supreme Personality of Godhead said: Again I shall declare to you this supreme wisdom, the best of all knowledge, knowing which all the sages have attained the supreme perfection.*

*🌹 Purport : From the Seventh Chapter to the end of the Twelfth Chapter, Śrī Kṛṣṇa in detail reveals the Absolute Truth, the Supreme Personality of Godhead. Now, the Lord Himself is further enlightening Arjuna. If one understands this chapter through the process of philosophical speculation, he will come to an understanding of devotional service. In the Thirteenth Chapter, it was clearly explained that by humbly developing knowledge one may possibly be freed from material entanglement.*

*It has also been explained that it is due to association with the modes of nature that the living entity is entangled in this material world. Now, in this chapter, the Supreme Personality explains what those modes of nature are, how they act, how they bind and how they give liberation. The knowledge explained in this chapter is proclaimed by the Supreme Lord to be superior to the knowledge given so far in other chapters. By understanding this knowledge, various great sages attained perfection and transferred to the spiritual world. The Lord now explains the same knowledge in a better way. This knowledge is far, far superior to all other processes of knowledge thus far explained, and knowing this many attained perfection. Thus it is expected that one who understands this Fourteenth Chapter will attain perfection.*

*భయంకరురాలగు ఆమె శంఖచూడుని భక్షించుటకై వేగముగా పరుగెత్తెను. ఆ దానవుడు దివ్యమైన రౌద్రాస్త్రముతో ఆమెను ఆపి వేసెను (20). అపుడు దానవవీరుడు కోపించి, గ్రీష్మకాలము నందలి సూర్యుని బోలిన పదునైన మిక్కిలి భయంకరమగు ఖడ్గమును వేగముగా ప్రయోగించెను (21).*

*ఆ కాళి నిప్పులు చెరుగుతూ తన మీదకు వచ్చుచున్న ఆ కత్తిని గాంచి కోపముతోనోటిని తెరిచి, శంఖచూడుడు చూచుచుండగా, నమిలి వేసెను (22). దానవవవీరుడగు ఆతడు ఇతరములగు దివ్యాస్త్రములను ప్రయోగించెను. కాని ఆమె వాటిని తనను చేరుటకు ముందే ముక్కముక్కలుగా చేసెను (23). తరువాత ఆ మహాదేవి ఆతనిని భక్షించుటకై వేగముగా మీదకు వెళ్లెను. కాని శోభాయుక్తుడు, సిద్ధులందరిలో గొప్ప వాడునగు ఆ శంఖచూడుడు అంతర్ధానమును చెందెను (24). ఆ శంఖచూడుని గాన రాక, కాళి వేగముగా తన పిడికిలితో వాని రథమును విరుగగొట్టి సారథిని సంహరించెను (25). తరువాత మాయావి యగు శంఖచూడుడు వేగముగా మరలి వచ్చి భద్రకాళిపై ప్రలయకాలాగ్ని జ్వాలలను బోలియున్న చక్రమును వేగముగా ప్రయోగించెను (26). అపుడు దేవి ఆ చక్రమును ఎడమచేతితో అవలీలగా పట్టుకొని కోపముతో వెంటనే నోటిలో వేసుకొని భక్షించెను (27). ఆ దేవి మిక్కిలి కోపముతో వేగముగా వానిని పిడికిలితో కొట్టగా, ఆ దానవవీరుడు గిరగిర తిరిగి క్షణకాలము మూర్ఛిల్లెను (28).*

20. The terrible goddess rushed at Śaṅkhacūḍa to devour him. The Dānava prevented her by means of the divine missile of Rudra.

21. Then the infuriated leader of the Dānavas hurled a sword, as fierce as the summer sun, with sharp and terrific edge.

22. On seeing the blazing sword approaching, Kālī furiously opened her mouth and swallowed it even as Śaṅkhacūḍa stood watching.

23. The lord of Dānavas hurled many divine missiles but before they reached her she broke them into hundreds of pieces.

24. Again the great goddess rushed at him in order to devour him. But that glorious Dānava, leader of all Siddhas vanished from sight.

25. Thus unable to see him, Kālī who rushed with great velocity crushed his chariot and killed the charioteer with her fist.

26. Then Śaṅkhacūḍa, an expert in using deception returned quickly and forcefully hurled the wheel blazing like the flame of fire of dissolution, at Bhadrakāli.

27. The goddess sportively caught hold of the wheel with her left hand and immediately swallowed it.

28. The goddess then hit him with her fist forcefully and angrily. The king of Dānavas whirled round and fainted for a short while.

*🕉 A poet comes to know certain things that are revealed only in a poetic relationship with reality. 🕉*

*The poet is foolish as far as worldly cleverness is concerned. He will never rise in the world of wealth and power. But in his poverty he knows a different kind of richness in life that nobody else knows. Love is possible to a poet, and God is possible to a poet. Only one who is innocent enough to enjoy the small things of life can understand that God exists, because God exists in the small things of life: he exists in the food you eat, he exists in the walk that you go for in the morning. God exists in the love that you have for your beloved, in the friendship that you have with somebody.*

*God does not exist in the temples; temples are not part of poetry, they are part of politics. Become more and more poetic. It takes guts to be poetic; one needs to be courageous enough to be called a fool by the world, but only then can one be poetic. And by being poetic I don’t mean that you have to write poetry. Writing poetry is only a small, nonessential part of being poetic. One may be a poet and never write a single line of poetry, and one may write thousands of poems and still not be a poet. Being a poet is a way of life. It is love for life, it is reverence for life, it is a heart-to-heart relationship with life.*

*సిద్ధేశ్వరుడు కుంగామో చెప్పినటులే చేస్తున్నాడు. ఎంతసేపు గడిచిందో! భావసమాధి దశ. కన్నుల ముందు మహత్తర కాంతి పుంజం. ఆ వెలుగులో వజ్రేశ్వరి. ఆమె ముఖం కుంగామోముఖం ఒకటే. లోచనములు తెరచుకున్నవి. ఎదురుగా విప్పారిన కన్నులతో కుంగామో తనను చూస్తున్నది. అతడు నిలుచున్నాడు. ఆమె చేయి చాచింది. చేతిలోకి ఒక గ్లాసు వచ్చింది.*

*ఇదిగో! ఈ పాత్రలో ఒక ఓషధీ రసమున్నది. నీకు దప్పికగా ఉన్నది. దీనిని త్రాగు అని ఇచ్చింది. ఆమె చెప్పినది చేయటమే. ఏమిటి? ఎందుకు? అనే ప్రశ్నలేదు. ఆ పాత్ర తీసుకొని ఆ రసం తాగాడు. శరీరంలోకి మహాబలం ప్రవేశించినటులైంది. తానొక టేనుగు అనిపిస్తున్నది.*

*యువతి : సిద్ధేశ్వరా ! ఈ రోజు పున్నమి. కృష్ణాతీర శ్రీకాకుళంలో ఉత్సవం జరుగుతుంది. నీ చేత జపం చేయించి నీలోకి భైరవుని ఆకర్షించాను. నీవిప్పుడు భైరవుడవు.*

*పూజాసామ్రగి పుష్పములు – ధూపదీపములు నైవేద్యము అన్నీ సిద్ధంగా ఉన్నవి. ముందు పూజ చేయి. తెల్లవారు జాము కల్లా నీకు సిద్ధత్వం వస్తుంది. పూర్వస్ఫురణ అంతా వస్తుంది. తెల్లవారకముందే ఇద్దరమూ ఆకాశమార్గాన హిమాలయాలకు వెళ్ళాలి. అక్కడ సిద్ధాశ్రమ గురువుల సమక్షంలో తదనంతరం కార్యక్రమం నిర్ణయించ బడుతుంది!*

*ఒక వ్యక్తి కోరిక ప్రభావంలో ఉన్నప్పుడు, ఆ ప్రభావం సమ్మోహనంగా ఉంటుంది. ప్రతి కోరిక మిమ్మల్ని సమ్మోహన చేస్తుంది. మిమ్మల్ని అంధుడిని చేస్తుంది, అందుకే అంటాం.. మీరు ప్రమేలో పడిపోయారు అని. అవును. మనకు తెలిసిన ప్రేమ ఖచ్చితంగా పతనం — స్పృహ నుండి పతనం, అవగాహన నుండి పతనం. మీరు భూమిపై ప్రాకడం ప్రారంభిస్తారు; మీరు ఇకపై మీ స్పహలో ఉండరు, మీరు మీ తెలివితేటలను కోల్పోతారు, మీరు తెలివితక్కువ వారు అవుతారు. మీరు కోరిక మరియు కామంతో నిండిన కొద్దీ, మీరు మరింత మూర్ఖులు.*

*కొంతమంది ఇలా అంటారు, ”నేను మొదటి చూపులోనే ప్రేమను నమ్ముతాను ఎందుకంటే అది సమయాన్ని ఆదా చేస్తుంది.” మీరు ఎప్పుడు పడిపోతారో అని వేచి ఉండండం ఎందుకు? మొదటి చూపులోనే పతనం అన్నమాట. దానివల్ల కనీసం సమయం ఆదా అవుతుంది. మనం మామూలు ప్రేమ గురించి ఇక్కడ మాట్లాడు కుంటున్నాం. ఇది కోరిక, ఇది సాధ్యమైనంత తక్కువ శక్తి ఉన్న దృగ్విషయం. మీరు దాదాపు సమ్మోహన స్థితిలో ఉన్నారు. స్త్రీని ప్రేమిస్తున్న పురుషుడు, లేదా పురుషునితో ప్రేమలో ఉన్న స్త్రీ ఇకపై స్పష్టంగా చూడలేరు. మనస్సు మబ్బుగా మారుతుంది, కోరిక చాలా పొగను సృష్టిస్తుంది, మీరు స్పష్టంగా చూడలేనంత ధూళిని లేపుతుంది. ఇకపై మీరు చూసేది మీ స్వంత దృశ్యమే కానీ వాస్తవం కాదు.*

*ఒక వ్యక్తి ఎవరితోనైనా నిజంగా ప్రేమలో ఉన్నప్పుడు (పడినప్పుడు కాదు) – మరింత ఉన్నతంగా మారతాడు. ఇక్కడ ప్రేమ అంటే బుద్ధుల, శ్రీరాముడి, శ్రీకృష్ణుడి ప్రేమ.అవతారుల ప్రేమ. వారి ప్రేమ పూర్తిగా భిన్నమైనది. వారు ప్రార్థన గురించి మాట్లాడుతున్నారు, వారు కరుణ గురించి మాట్లాడుతున్నారు, వారు తమ ఉనికి యొక్క కోరిక లేని వ్యక్తీకరణ గురించి మాట్లాడుతున్నారు. తమ ఆనందాన్ని పంచుకుంటున్నారు. ఈ విధమైన ప్రేమ మన చైతన్యాన్ని మరింత అభివృద్ధి పరుస్తుంది. సాధకులు సాధ్యం చేసుకోవలసిన ప్రేమ ఇది.*

*Desire has a mesmerising effect on people. Every yearning hypnotises you. It causes blindness, which is why we use terms like “falling in love.” That is significant. The love you know is unquestionably a fall—a fall from consciousness, a fall from comprehension. You begin crawling on the ground; you lose your senses, intelligence, and become foolish. The more passion and lust you have, the stupider you are.*

*Few people says “I believe in love at first sight because it saves time.” Why wait when you’re about to fall? Fall at first sight. At the very least, you save time. We are talking about our routine love. Lust is the lowest-energy phenomenon. You’re almost hypnotised. A man in love with a woman, or a woman in love with a man, loses their ability to see properly. The mind becomes muddled; desire produces so much smoke and dust that you cannot see clearly. Everything you perceive is your own projection only, not reality.*

*When a person is truly in love with someone (not when they fall) – becomes more exalted. Love here means the love of Buddhas, love of Sri Rama and Sri Krishna’s love. The Love of Avatara’s. Their love is very different. They are discussing prayer, compassion, and the desireless expression of their essence. They are sharing their happiness. This kind of love develops our consciousness further. This is the kind of love that seekers should make possible.*
