“ఇన్ని మంచి కార్యములు చేసితిని, ఏమి ఫలము, ఎవ్వరునూ గుర్తించుట లేదు. ఈ కార్యముల వలన ఎట్టి సుఖమూ లేదు.” అని వ్యష్టపడు వారెందరో గలరు. ఆరాధకులు దైవమునకు సమర్పణబుద్ధితో సత్కార్యముల నాచరించవలెను గాని ఫలమునందాశ కలిగి ఆచరింపరాదు. గొప్ప తనమునకై మంచిపని చేయువారికిట్టి దుఃఖములు తప్పవు. కేవలము యితరుల హితముకోరి అదియును దైవ సమర్పణముగ చేయువారికి పుణ్యము, కీర్తి శ్రీమాత అనుగ్రహముగ లభించును.

There are those who fret ‘I have done so many good deeds, but ultimately no one recognizes. There is no happiness from these activities.’ Worshipers should practice good deeds with the mind of submission to God but should not practice them with the expectation of fruit. Such sorrows are inevitable for those who do good for showoff. Those who only do it for the benefit of others and do it as a divine offering will get merit and fame through the grace of Sri Mata.
